April 22 - May 8
Slocum Hall Marble Room
Curated by Instructors Hermine Demaël & Stephen Zimmerer
The drawings, models and related implements found inside explore the relationship between architectural technology—lights, humidifiers, air pumps, plastics, chemical fertilizers—and botanical life. Cultivating a garden requires cross-species communication and practices of tending and care. Plants can be demanding and sometimes unwilling collaborators, but they also make architecture more fun.
Have fun, have a coffee, and enjoy the garden party.
